Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: We have a 15-day exchange or store credit guarantee on all non-defective, non-handmade or non-custom orders, minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee for non-defective items. Custom/handmade sales are final unless damaged. Damaged items can be returned within 30 days, with proper RMA# and return for a replacement or exchange. All sales on perishable food items are final. There is a $25.00 minimum order and a $5,000 maximum order amount on this site. There is a $10.00 cancellation fee on all orders canceled by the customer because he or she did not read the policies or simply changes their mind before the item ships. Once the item ships, it will be considered a return and not a cancellation and will be subject to the return policies stated above.
And, when you click the ‘send order’ button, we'll send you an e-mail message acknowledging receipt of your order. This is not a contract. Your contract to purchase an item will not be complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the item has been shipped. All orders placed are considered requests and not contracts, and we reserve the right to cancel orders at our own discretion for security purposes and administrative error. If you receive a cancellation through administrative error, any fees will be waived.
The 'Free Shipping over $100' only applies to orders that are more than $100.00 total (not including shipping), weigh less than 30lbs and can fit in a 18 x 18 x 18 box. Your order will be shipped by Ground services only. Free shipping does NOT apply to bulk purchases. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged actual UPS Ground shipping charges.
Items weighing more than 30 lbs. or large/bulky in nature may have inaccurate shipping charges assessed at checkout, which will have to be changed (usually higher) before your order is completed unless you do not want to pay the higher shipping costs, in which case your order can be canceled. Expect very heavy tables to ship for AT LEAST $100 for the foldable ones, and up to $300 for the expensive ones. Call ahead and I can tell you EXACTLY what the shipping is before you commit your purchase if it will help you make the decision to purchase or not.
Please allow 24-48 processing time on all orders before they ship. If you have a "rush" order the fee is 10.00, please put "RUSH" in the comments section. This does not apply to custom orders, such as stained glass lamps. Also, please note that all stun devices cannot be mailed to certain locations. Please refer to your local and state laws that pertain to the possession of Stun Guns and Pepper Spray BEFORE ordering one of these items. It is your responsibility to know your local restrictions and laws. Under no circumstances will these items be mailed internationally.
